In general, you can access the cottage after 4PM. We would appreciate , that you inform us about your arrival time so that we can welcome you in the best conditions . 
The cottage has to be left before 11AM because , in general, cleaning will be done about midday. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Security regulations :
    You have one key to access the cottage . It is for the entrance door in the ground floor. We ask you to lock the entrance door.
    The second key allows you to lock the door of the living space .
    To access the first floor you have to use some wooden stairs . Some steps are quite tiny. Please use the handrail while using the stairs . 
    The Spa can only be used if you follow the safety instruction. No child is allowed to stay next to or inside the spa without the oversight of an adult.
    It is absolutly forbidden to climb or jump on the walls.  
    If you cook, especially using the gaz , you have to make sure that evrything is switched off after.

Mr et Mrs Childs owners of the Gîte « le Belvédère » have an insurance allowing them to rent this cottage to guests. However, if you do not follow the usual security rules and the ones written above , Mr and Mrs Childs will not be responsable for any damage or injury. Injuries or damages to"Le Belvédère" fixtures and fittings will be charged to the client.
